We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Advisor to provide legal counsel and ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for handling legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing risks, and representing the company in legal proceedings where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on business matters, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for the company and ensure company policies align with legal standards.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings or coordinate with external counsel as required.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business.
• Develop and deliver internal training on legal topics and compliance.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies and legal service providers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is required; Master’s degree or additional certifications (LL.M., CS, etc.) is a plus.
