LOAN & CREDIT CARD SALES EXECUTIVE

We are hiring Loan & Credit Card Sales Executives for full-time and part-time roles, open for male and female candidates, with office, field, and limited work-from-home options based on profile and performance.

This opportunity is suitable for 10th/12th pass candidates, freshers, college students, housewives, real estate agents, LIC/insurance agents, mutual fund distributors, CA/tax filing agents, existing or ex-bankers, and anyone looking for side income or a full-time career in banking and finance. No prior experience is mandatory, as basic training and full support will be provided by the company. The main role includes generating customers for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Car Loans, and Credit Cards, explaining bank products in simple language, collecting basic customer documents, sharing cases with the office or bank team, and following up with customers till approval and disbursal.

Earning potential is attractive and performance-based. For credit cards, candidates can earn up to ₹1,000 per approved card, and for loans, payout is up to 2% flat, depending on the bank, product, and case size. Full-time employees will receive a fixed monthly salary between ₹8,000 and ₹15,000, along with incentives and payouts. There is no income limit, and higher performance directly leads to higher earnings. Part-time candidates, students, and housewives can work with flexible timings, while agents and professionals can earn alongside their existing business.

The ideal candidate should have basic communication skills, knowledge of smartphone and WhatsApp usage, willingness to learn banking products, and a target-oriented and honest attitude.
