Job Description

Strategic Marketing

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with institutional goals.
  • Identify target student segments and design campaigns to improve admissions and brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.

Admissions & Promotion

  • Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
  • Plan and execute admission campaigns (online and offline).
  • Coordinate school/college visits, seminars, education fairs, and counseling sessions.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, website content, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Ensure regular updates of institutional content on digital platforms.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance and prepare reports.

Branding & Communication

  • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors for brochures, banners, hoardings, and other promotional materials.
  • Draft and review promotional content, notices, and advertisements.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and guide the marketing team and field executives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and vendors.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing activities within budget.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and admissions conversion.
  • Maintain records of campaigns, expenses, and outcomes.
