Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, train, motivate, and manage MRs; conduct field visits; and evaluate performance.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop regional sales plans, set targets, manage territory, and ensure efficient product distribution.
