Job Description
Faculty Requirement – Mathematics
Defence Chanakya Academy (DCA) is seeking a skilled and result-oriented Mathematics Teacher to deliver concept-based, exam-focused instruction and enhance students’ analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to students of Classes VI to X as per CBSE / school curriculum
- Build strong fundamentals in Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, and Data Handling
- Prepare students for RMS, Sainik School, and RIMC entrance examinations
- Design structured lesson plans with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and clarity
- Conduct regular practice sessions, worksheets, and periodic assessments
- Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support
- Maintain discipline and encourage logical thinking and classroom participation
Candidate Profile:
- Strong academic background in Mathematics
- Teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply)
- Thorough understanding of CBSE syllabus and exam pattern
- Experience or familiarity with defence school entrance exams (RMS / Sainik School / RIMC) is an added advantage
- Clear explanation skills with a problem-solving approach
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi
- Disciplined, punctual, and student-focused mindset
