1. Nursing Staff – Job Description (24*7)

• Role: Nursing Care at Home (Home Visit / Duty Basis)
• Location: Patna & Nearby Areas

• Responsibilities:
• मरीज की हेल्थ कंडीशन के अनुसार नर्सिंग केयर प्लान फॉलो करना
• Injection, Dressing, Catheter, Ryle’s Tube, Nebulization आदि प्रोसीजर करना
• Vitals monitoring: BP, Pulse, Spo2, Temperature, RBS
• Doctor के निर्देश के अनुसार दवा और उपचार का ध्यान रखना
• Patient और परिवार को care-related guidance देना
• Infection control और hygiene maintain रखना
• Requirements:
• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM (Minimum 1 year experience preferred)
• Home care में patient handling का अनुभव हो तो अच्छा
• Soft spoken, responsible और patient care attitude mandatory

2. GDA / Patient Care Staff – Job Description (24*7)

• Role: Patient Care & Support at Home
• Location: Patna & Nearby Areas
• Company: HOMEDIQ
• Responsibilities:
• Bedridden / Neuro / Ortho patients के लिए बेसिक patient care देना
• Daily routine में सहायता: Bathing, Feeding, Position Change, Diaper Change, Oral Care
• Vitals basic monitoring (if trained)
• Patient को comfort और emotional support देना
• Cleanliness और infection control का ध्यान रखना
• Requirements:
• GDA / Patient Care Training / संबंधित अनुभव
• Elder care / Long-term care का अनुभव हो तो प्राथमिकता
• Responsible, kind और patient-friendly behavior जरूरी
• Salary: Duty Basis / Shift Basis
