Site supervise and coordinate day-to-day field/operational activities, ensure quality service delivery, manage teams on ground, and support efficient execution of company processes and standards.

• 🧾 Key Responsibilities👥 Team & Field Supervision Oversee and supervise field staff/technicians, ensuring daily targets and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and work quality of on-ground teams.
• Guide and support team members to resolve operational issues.
• 🔧 Operations & Service Delivery Ensure installation, maintenance, and service operations meet company standards.
• Coordinate with technical teams to solve service disruptions or complaints quickly.
• Track operational workflows and ensure timely completion of customer requests.
• 📞 Customer Interaction & Escalations Act as point of escalation for field or customer service issues.
• Ensure frontline staff respond professionally to customers and resolve issues per company guidelines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through quality checks and follow-ups.
• 📊 Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly status reports on field progress, issues, and team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, escalations, and resolutions.
• Report operational metrics to higher management.
• 🤝 Coordination with Internal Teams Work with operations, sales, and support departments to align field activities with business goals.
• Communicate updates, changes, and feedback between field and office teams.
• Help implement process improvements and operational policies.
• 📈 Quality & Compliance Ensure all activities comply with company standards, safety protocols, and service guidelines.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Support trainings or briefings for team members when required.
• 🧠 Skills & Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in supervisory, field operations, or technical support roles is an advantage.
• Leadership: Strong ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and practical operational troubleshooting.
• Computer Skills: Basic MS Office and reporting tools knowledge.
• Customer-Focused: Professional approach toward service delivery and issue resolution.
• 🛠 Work Environment Location: Field and office-based (frequent movement to service sites).
• Reporting: Reports to Operations Manager / Area Manager.
• Interaction: Works closely with field staff, support teams, and customers.
