Patient Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

Administer medicines as per doctor's prescription and family instructions.

Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and report abnormalities.

Support mobility and exercise under guidance of physiotherapist or doctor.

Provide emotional support and companionship to the patient.

Maintain clean and safe environment, including patient’s bedding, utensils, and clothes.

Assist in feeding, preparing light meals, and maintaining proper nutrition & hydration.

Keep daily records of care provided and patient’s condition.

Inform the family or supervisor immediately in case of any health emergency.

Accompany patient to medical appointments, if needed.
