Personal Driver

The Personal Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation services for the employer. The role requires excellent driving skills, knowledge of routes, and a high level of professionalism, discretion, and discipline.

• Key Responsibilities:Driving & TransportationSafely drive the employer and family members to required destinations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per schedule.
• Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company protocols.
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure smooth travel.
• Vehicle MaintenanceConduct daily inspection of the vehicle (fuel, lights, tyres, oil, brakes).
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, both inside and outside, at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate regular servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Maintain records of fuel, mileage, and service history.
• Professional ConductMaintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding employer’s personal and professional matters.
• Display polite, respectful, and professional behavior at all times.
• Assist the employer with loading/unloading luggage or items as needed.
• Be available during emergencies or extended hours, if required.
• Safety & ComplianceFollow safe driving practices and maintain a zero-accident record.
• Ensure valid driving license, insurance, and vehicle documents are always up to date.
• Handle minor vehicle issues promptly (punctures, battery start, etc.).
• Other ResponsibilitiesRun errands or perform small tasks as instructed (documents delivery, shopping, etc.).
• Manage tolls, parking fees, and maintain receipts.
• Inform employer in advance about any traffic issues or delays.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Valid driving license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or professional driver.
• Good knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and GPS usage.
• Ability to drive safely under different weather and road conditions.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
