Position: Pharmacy Staff.

Location: Patna, Bihar.

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent (On-Site).

Job Description  The Pharmacy Staff member will assist in the daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medicines, managing inventory, supporting customers, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and basic knowledge of medicines.

Key Responsibilities: -

Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications.

Provide correct dosage instructions as guided by the pharmacist.

Address customer queries regarding basic medicines and products.

Ensure proper billing and maintain accuracy in transactions.

Check and maintain stock levels of medicines and consumables.

Monitor expiry dates and manage removal of outdated products.

Support in ordering and restocking items.

Ensure proper storage of medicines (temperature, segregation, etc.).

Maintain prescription records as per regulatory requirements.

Ensure medicines are sold only against valid prescriptions as required.

Follow pharmacy protocols, safety standards, and legal guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.

Assist in labeling, packing, and arranging medicines on shelves.

Support in managing systems for billing and stock .

Education & Experience Qualification: -

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass

Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Retail Graph machine).

नौकरी का विवरण

फार्मेसी स्टाफ का मुख्य काम फार्मेसी के रोज़मर्रा के कामों में सहायता करना है, जैसे दवाइयों का वितरण, स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट, ग्राहकों की मदद करना और फार्मेसी के नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

इस पद के लिए ध्यानपूर्वक काम करने की क्षमता, अच्छी कस्टमर सर्विस और दवाइयों की बेसिक जानकारी जरूरी है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां

फार्मासिस्ट की मदद से प्रिस्क्रिप्शन और OTC (Over-the-Counter) दवाइयों का वितरण करना।

फार्मासिस्ट के निर्देशानुसार दवाइयों की सही खुराक (Dosage) बताना।

ग्राहकों के बेसिक दवाइयों और प्रोडक्ट्स से जुड़े सवालों का जवाब देना।

बिलिंग करना और ट्रांजैक्शन की सटीकता बनाए रखना।

दवाइयों और अन्य सामान के स्टॉक की जांच और रखरखाव।

एक्सपायरी डेट की निगरानी और एक्सपायर दवाइयों को हटाना।

नए सामान का ऑर्डर और री-स्टॉकिंग में सहायता।

दवाइयों को सही तापमान और अलग-अलग कैटेगरी में स्टोर करना।

नियमों के अनुसार प्रिस्क्रिप्शन रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।

जहां जरूरी हो वहां वैध प्रिस्क्रिप्शन के बिना दवाइयां न देना।

फार्मेसी के सुरक्षा और कानूनी नियमों का पालन करना।

फार्मेसी की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्थित व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।

दवाइयों को लेबल करना, पैक करना और शेल्फ पर व्यवस्थित रखना।

बिलिंग और स्टॉक सिस्टम के संचालन में सहायता करना।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता

न्यूनतम 10वीं / 12वीं पास

दवाइयों और फार्मेसी ऑपरेशन की बेसिक जानकारी

अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और कस्टमर सर्विस स्किल्स

बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान (Billing Software, POS Machine)

अनुभव

कम से कम 1 वर्ष का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

कार्य समय

10 घंटे प्रतिदिन (Flexible Hours)
