Job Description – Pharmacy Trainee (Fresher)

We are hiring Pharmacy Trainees who have successfully completed their Intermediate or Graduation in any stream or Pharmacy in (D. Pharm/B. Pharm). We are looking for fresh and energetic candidates (Graduate or (10+2) Intermediate in any stream) to join our retail pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have completed their Intermediate (10+2) or Graduation in any stream, as a Pharmacy Staff Trainee, you will learn store operations, assist customers, and support pharmacists in daily activities. Prior experience is not required – full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• pharmacists in billing, packing, and order processing.
• Help in stock counting, inward/outward entry, and basic inventory support.
• Learn and follow store SOPs and compliance standards.
• Help in labelling, packaging, and organizing pharmaceutical products.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) / Graduate (any stream).
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, data entry preferred).
• Good communication & polite customer handling skills.
• Willingness to learn about medicines, health products, and store processes.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
• Strong interest in learn of retail or hospital pharmacy.
