Primary School Teacher

PRT TEACHER

A PRT teacher is a primary teacher with a variety of skills for teaching students from grades one to five. Their responsibilities include preparing lessons for young students, performing administrative duties and meeting with parents or guardians regularly. They are also responsible for keeping the school principal, coordinators and parents informed about the progress of the students.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop interactive and creative course material

Conduct learning sessions and classes

Assign assignments for homework and assess submissions

Record student attendance, grades and performance

Supervise students to ensure their well-being and safety

Report progress and challenges to parents or guardians

Organize co-curricular events in the school

Perform the duties of a class teacher

Required skills and qualifications:

Graduate with D.El.Ed

Minimum of one year of teaching experience

Understanding of the central and state board curriculum

Mandatory training and communication skills

Personality that is warm and friendly

Planning and organizational skills

Passion for educating young students
