Project Manager- Tele ECG STEMI

Project: Tele ECG/ Digital Cardiac Care Initiative (PPP Project in Healthcare with Government Department)

1. About the Project- The Tele ECG Project aims to strengthen early diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases through real-time ECG transmission, remote cardiologist reporting, and integration with public healthcare facilities across the state.
2. Position Overview- The State Co-ordinator will be responsible for overall coordination, monitoring, and smooth implementation of the Tele ECG Project across government health facilities. The role requires strong operational, technical, and stakeholder management skills.
3. Key Responsibilities-

• Coordinate implementation and day-to-day operations of the Tele ECG Project at the state level.
• Act as the single point of contact between State Health Department, vendors and district teams.
• Monitor uptime and functionality of ECG machines, printers and related IT infrastructure.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of ECG paper, A4 paper, consumables, and accessories.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of technical issues related to ECG devices, printers and connectivity.
• Supervise district/block coordinators and field teams.
• Ensure adherence to project SOPs, service levels and reporting timelines.
• Review daily/monthly ECG reporting, utilization data and performance indicators.
• Organize training and refresher sessions for healthcare staff.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to state authorities.
• Support audits, inspections, and review meetings conducted by the Government.

Eligibility Criteria-

1. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Health Management, Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences or related field.
2. Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare projects, preferably in government or PPP health programs.
• Prior experience in Telemedicine / Diagnostic / Digital Health projects/ Digital Health will be an advantage.
