Quality Control Manager (QCM) – Female only
Team Leader (Sales/Service) – Male/Female
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure vehicle quality checks & OEM standards (QCM).
Handle final inspection, quality reports & customer concerns (QCM).
Lead and manage sales/service team & targets (Team Leader).
Monitor team performance and ensure process compliance.
Coordinate with workshop, service & sales departments.
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
Requirements:
Prior automobile industry experience compulsory.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
Leadership skills for Team Leader role.
