Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive sales targets while mentoring and motivating the team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee property sales from lead generation to closing the deal.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and customer meetings.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries and complaints.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and materials.

• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in real estate.
• Strong understanding of property sales, legal documentation, and RERA guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
