Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to promote, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties. The role involves client interaction, site visits, negotiation, and closing property deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property site visits
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, marketing)
• Prepare and update sales reports and client data
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software
• Willingness to work on weekends and attend site visits
