Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive primary and secondary sales of our masala products within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FMCG field sales, strong retailer/distributor relationship skills, and a passion for delivering results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and stockists in assigned regions.
• Ensure availability and visibility of all SKUs in general trade retail outlets.
• Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or MIS systems regularly.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
• 2+ years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in spices or food category.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Proven track record of handling distributors and retailers.
