Position: State Head / Team Leader (Sales) – Food Line Only

Location: BIHAR/PATNA

Experience Required: 10–20 years (Food Industry Only, Excuse from other Industry Exp. candidates.)

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)



Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented State Head / Team Leader (Sales) with a strong background in the food industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and managing distributor networks, super stockists, and CFA setups across BIHAR.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the distributor, super stockist, and CFA network within Punjab.
  • Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve state-level targets.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to ensure consistent growth and market penetration.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure timely achievement of assigned targets.
  • Build strong relationships with trade partners and key stakeholders in the food sector.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 to 20 years of experience in sales within the food line (FMCG / Food Products).
  • Proven ability to develop and manage distribution networks across regions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Must be target-driven and capable of achieving consistent business growth.
  • Ability to build, manage, and motivate his own sales team.
