▫️ Serve walk-in customers at *branches*, assisting them with queries and upselling life insurance products.

▫️ Generate leads through inbound branch traffic, and follow up to convert.

▫️ Manage an existing policy portfolio—ensuring customer satisfaction and persistency through renewed engagement.

▫️ Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to deepen customer relationships and meet premium targets.

▫️ Log all customer interactions in CRM systems and track sales activity.

▫️ Coordinate with internal teams for lead qualification, policy issuance, and post-sales support
