Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for company services.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Present company services and negotiate business deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain client database and prepare sales reports.
• Represent the company in meetings and business events.

• Good knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
