Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations smoothly
• Handle staff scheduling, supervision, and training

• Manage inventory, stock, and vendor coordination
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Achieve sales targets and control operational costs

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and billing systems
