Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Partners / Independent Consultants (Sales Team Leaders). This is a managerial-level role responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, team leadership, and business operations, with the flexibility of working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and supervise Insurance Consultants / Point of Sales Persons (POSP) / ARPs.

Organize and conduct orientation sessions and ongoing team training.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

Drive distribution and team-building initiatives across assigned regions.

Support the professional development and productivity of your team.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good business understanding and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Proficiency in Hindi (Required).

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-Based Salary Structure:

₹19,000/month (inclusive of basic salary and allowances)

Incentives up to ₹60,000+ based on performance
