Civil Engineer – River Front Development Project

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for a River Front Development Project. The role involves planning, execution, and supervision of civil works related to river embankments, ghats, promenades, drainage systems, landscaping structures, and allied infrastructure while ensuring quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and execute river front development works including embankments, retaining walls, ghats, walkways, roads, and drainage

• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and government authorities

• Monitor site progress, quality control, and material usage

• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site manpower

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

• Handle measurements, billing, and BOQs

• Ensure environmental, safety, and statutory compliance near river zones

• Resolve site-related technical issues and design clarifications

Qualification:🎓 B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:⏳ 3–8 years of experience in River Front Development / Canal / Irrigation / Bridge / Infrastructure Projects

Skills & Competencies:• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, embankments, and hydraulic works

• Experience in river training works, flood protection, and drainage systems

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs

• Familiarity with safety and environmental norms

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred)

• Good coordination and site management skills
