Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with the manager.
• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and customer engagement drives.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
