Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner Management: Onboard and train new Samriddh Partners in your assigned territory.
- Sales Drive: Meet monthly targets for various loan products (Personal, Business, Home, LAP, etc.).
- Market Activation: Conduct local awareness camps and "BTL" marketing activities in your assigned territory.
- Customer Guidance: Help partners and customers understand the eligibility and documentation for different loan schemes.
What We Are Looking For :
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome!).
- Skills: Good communication skills and a "never-give-up" attitude.
- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Language: Fluency in the local language is a must.
