Sales Head (B2C)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head – Solar to lead and expand our solar business across Bihar. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Solar Rooftop and EPC projects, proven expertise in business generation, and the ability to manage complete state-level sales operations.

Key Responsibilities :

.Head the sales operations for Solar Rooftop and EPC projects across Bihar.

Drive business development by identifying new opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and EPC segments.

Develop and implement state-level sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

Build, manage, and lead the sales and channel partner team across the state.

Coordinate with technical, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth project conversion.

Ensure compliance with company processes and solar industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Management, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in the solar industry, specifically in Rooftop and EPC projects.

Proven experience in state-level sales handling and team management.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar.
