• Job Responsibilities:Generate new sales leads (B2B & B2C)
• Promote company services in Energy, Power & Technical sectors
• Conduct field visits and client meetings
• Manage and analyze client accounts
• Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Required Skills:Experience in Field Sales / Marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle account analysis
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Willing to work in night shift (if required)
• Salary Structure:Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹99,000
