Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for selling residential flats and properties, handling customer inquiries, site visits, and closing deals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Sell residential flats, plots, and other real estate properties in Patna
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and meetings
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
• Maintain customer records and build long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and documentation teams for deal closure

Eligibility / Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Local market knowledge of Patna is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
