Sales Executive & Sales Manager – JewelBizz
About JewelBizz:
JewelBizz is a digital business management software designed specifically for jewellery retailers to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, increase sales efficiency, and enable data-driven growth. The platform supports billing, inventory, customer management, reporting, and business analytics in a simple and user-friendly mobile application.
Position 1: Sales Executive
– Field Sales (Pan India)Job Location:Respective home district with assigned nearby districts (within the same state)
Each Sales Executive shall be allocated 5 nearby districts surrounding their residing district for regular field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit jewellery shops and retailers within assigned districts on a daily basis
• Demonstrate and showcase JewelBizz software and mobile application
• Explain practical business use-cases and benefits to shop owners
• Educate retailers on how JewelBizz increases efficiency, sales, and customer retention
• Convert leads into active subscribers
• Assist shopkeepers in onboarding and app setup
• Provide basic training on software usage
• Address retailer queries and operational concerns
• Maintain visit reports and sales activity updates
Role Objective:
To drive JewelBizz adoption across jewellery retailers by direct field engagement, product demonstration, onboarding support, and customer education.
Eligibility & Skills:
• Graduate or 12th pass with relevant sales experience preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
• Local language proficiency mandatory
Training & Onboarding
All selected candidates will undergo structured training which includes:
✅ Product knowledge of JewelBizz software
✅ Jewellery business workflows & pain points
✅ Sales pitch & demonstration techniques
✅ Customer onboarding process
✅ App usage and troubleshooting
✅ Communication & conversion strategies
NOTE:- Training will be conducted before field deployment to ensure readiness.
