Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Telesales) – Seva Shiksha Trust
Seva Shiksha Trust is a fast-growing education support organization dedicated to providing career guidance, scholarship opportunities, and admission assistance to students across India. We are expanding our reach and looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Executives (Telesales).
Job Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role in connecting with students, parents, and potential members through telecalling and digital communication. The primary responsibility is to promote Seva Shiksha Trust’s scholarship programs, guide students in choosing the right courses, and onboard new members by offering franchise opportunities. The candidate will also contribute to expanding the organization’s presence by helping establish branches in different districts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms to explain scholarship programs and admission processes.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Promote Seva Shiksha Trust membership and explain its benefits to potential members.
- Generate leads and convert them into admissions and active members.
- Identify and recruit potential franchise partners to expand branches in various districts.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and members to ensure trust and long-term engagement.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Confidence in speaking and convincing people over calls.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or telesales is preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
