Role OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives who will be responsible for onboarding businesses onto the Blueera app by promoting our listing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with business owners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach local businesses (retailers, service providers, restaurants, etc.) for listing on the Blueera app
• Explain the benefits of the platform and how it helps grow their business
• Convert leads into successful business listings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Conduct field visits and meetings with business owners
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Provide feedback from clients to improve the platform and sales strategy
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel

Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital platforms
