Job Description: Sales Manager – Real Estate & Hospitality

Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of real estate projects (Commercial plots ,unit, villas, plots) and hospitality services (hotels, resorts, rooms, packages). The role includes client handling, team management, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute sales strategies for real estate and hospitality businesses
• Generate new leads and manage existing clients
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team
• Arrange site visits, property tours, and hotel/resort presentations
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and MIS
• Coordinate with channel partners and brokers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and regular follow-ups
• Required Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing
• Client relationship management skills
• Team leadership ability
• Target-driven approach
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Experience & Qualification:
• 12th &Graduate (preferred)
• 1–7 years of experience in Real Estate or Hospitality sales
• Team handling experience is an added advantage
