Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote the Olivia Jeans brand in retail spaces, pop-ups, events, and customer locations.
• Actively engage with potential customers, introduce products, and communicate brand values.
• Build and maintain a strong customer base through excellent service and follow-ups.
• Execute sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management team.
• Track and achieve individual sales targets.
• Contribute to the brand’s visibility through collaboration with marketing and social media teams.
• Attend product training sessions to stay updated on collections and features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, retail, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Passionate about fashion, customer experience, and brand growth.
• Comfortable with field work and traveling if required.
