Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and ensuring high performance of the sales team in property sales.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Team Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Conduct training sessions to improve sales skills
• 2. Sales & Revenue Generation Drive sales to achieve business targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Assist team members in closing high-value deals
• Ensure maximum conversion of leads into sales
• 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Handle key client accounts and negotiations
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• 4. Lead Management Allocate leads to team members effectively
• Track lead progress and follow-ups
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns
• 5. Market AnalysisAnalyze market trends and competitor activities
• Provide insights for pricing and product positioning
