Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Team Leader who can lead, guide, and motivate a sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets. The role requires strong communication skills, leadership mindset, and result-oriented execution.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of sales executives
• Assign daily targets and ensure timely follow-ups
• Monitor team performance and improve conversion rates
• Handle escalations and support team during closures
• Train new sales members on pitch, product & process
• Maintain daily sales reports and performance tracking
• Coordinate with management for strategy and planning

• Excellent communication (Hindi/English)
• Experience in course / education / service sales preferred
• Target-driven and pressure-handling capability
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or sales tracking tools
