Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – B2C Admissions to manage and drive the Patna office admission sales team. The role focuses on achieving admission targets, improving team performance, and ensuring a smooth student counselling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the B2C admission counselling team in Patna
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
• Monitor calls, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
• Coach, motivate, and train counsellors to improve performance
• Ensure proper lead handling and admission processes
• Coordinate with central teams for reporting and strategy execution

Requirements:

• Experience as a Team Leader in B2C sales/admissions (EdTech preferred)
• Strong leadership and target-oriented mindset
• Good communication and people management skills
• Knowledge of the Bihar/Patna education market is a plus
