Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking Ltd. is hiring Sales, Tele & Marketing Executives for its Patna location. We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates who can interact with customers, promote financial and insurance products, and support sales and marketing activities. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through calls and marketing activities.

• Promote and explain financial/insurance products to customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain customer records and follow up with interested clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and support marketing campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

• Gender: Male & Female both can apply

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: Up to ₹18,500 per month

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

• Bonus: Additional bonus based on performance
