Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts & 3D designs
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers & contractors
- Site visits for execution & quality checks
- Ensure designs comply with building codes & regulations
- Prepare BOQs, approvals & documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (preferred)
- Good communication & project coordination skills
