Senior Telesales Associate

Givni Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales strategy, client acquisition, and digital marketing promotion. The role is target-based, and candidates must be comfortable achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and business opportunities through online and offline marketing channels.
• Promote company services such as software development, digital marketing, and IT solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations with potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports regularly.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the business.

• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales channels
• Experience in B2B / B2C sales
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality

• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Sales & Marketing
