Showroom Sales Executive

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and financing options clearly
• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
• Coordinate with the delivery and service team for timely handover
• Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales reports
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / 12th pass (MBA or Sales background preferred)
• Experience in showroom or retail sales (EV / Automobile experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
