Position Overview:Om Sai Services is seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Supervisors to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair work for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, hands-on technical experience, and a commitment to ensuring quality and efficiency in all HVAC operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC installation, maintenance, and service activities.

• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• 
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate project reports, job cards, and material usage logs.
• 
  
• Coordinate with clients and management for project planning and scheduling.
• 
  
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment by the team.
• 
  
• Train and guide technicians to maintain productivity and quality of work.
• 
  
• Qualifications & Skills:Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical (preferred).
• 
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or supervision.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• 
  
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
