Job Description

BS Environment N Infracon is hiring an experienced Site Engineer / Supervisor to oversee construction, erection, and supervision activities for STP, ETP, and WTP projects across India. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent site management skills, and the ability to ensure project quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise construction, erection, and installation work at site as per drawings and technical specifications.

- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with approved GA drawings and site development plans.

- Understand and manage Water and Sewerage Network systems.

- Set up and monitor quality control test procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.

- Coordinate effectively with the project team, site engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution.

- Review and verify contractor designs and drawings before implementation.

- Maintain focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery of all site activities.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

- 3–6 years of site experience in STP/ETP/WTP construction and supervision.

- Good knowledge of site drawings, quality procedures, and project coordination.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Willingness to travel for project assignments across India.
