Student Counsellor

Pathorient, a leading study abroad consultancy in Noida, seeks dynamic Tele-Counsellors to guide aspiring students toward international education opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls to counsel students on study abroad programs, universities, courses, and application processes.
• Qualify leads by assessing student profiles, academic background, budget, and career goals.
• Provide personalized guidance on country selection (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.), visa processes, scholarships, and timelines.
• Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Update CRM (Zoho) with lead status, notes, and interactions; collaborate with the sales team for closures.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, consultations, and enrollments.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
• 0-2 years experience in tele-sales, counseling, or BPO; freshers with strong communication skills welcome.
• Familiarity with study abroad processes, IELTS/TOEFL, or international education trends preferred.
