Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle student and parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Deliver presentations to students and parents during school/college visits, seminars, and workshops
- Provide accurate information about the university, courses offered, fee structure, available seats, entrance exams, and admission process.
- Assist candidates with application form filling and basic counselling related to admissions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students, parents, schools, and other educational stakeholders.
Language Skills:
- Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Additional languages such as Bengali, Tamil or other regional language will be an advantage.
IT Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computers including Windows, MS Office, and email communication.
