Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital is doing over 70,000 sight restoring surgeries annually, of which 80% are free to poor, Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital stands as the largest eye hospital in Eastern India. It presently operates in Bihar and Eastern Uttar Pradesh with 5 surgical centres and 21 vision centres. By the next 4 years, the hospital plans to increase its surgical output by around 4 times the existing number. It also plans to establish 150 centres across Bihar and Uttar Pradesh and built the 1st centre of excellence in eye care in a rural are by 2026.


Role & Responsibilities:-
Responsible for Talent Attraction, providing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening and on-boarding candidates etc.
Meeting hiring targets, salary budgets, cost per hire and SLAs as per the defined plan
Develops sourcing plans through low cost channels and executes sourcing activities
Conducts interviews, coordinates with line interviewers & doing negotiation
Rolling our offers and contracts
Identifies opportunities to improve processes and tools to meet recruitment targets
Manage campaigns effectively and ensuring that the numbers of candidates being assessed reflects business requirements and that suitably qualified candidates are delivered on time.
