Job Description

The Team Leader (Tele Sales) will be responsible for leading and supervising the tele-sales team to generate quality leads, convert prospects into site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience in tele-sales operations, preferably in the real estate industry. This position is open for female candidates only to effectively lead and coordinate the tele-sales team.


Key Responsibilities


1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the tele-sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Assign calling data and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct daily briefing and performance reviews with tele-callers.
  •  Provide guidance, training, and support to improve calling effectiveness.

2. Lead Generation & Tele Calling

  • Ensure effective calling on leads generated through digital marketing, references, and campaigns.
  •  Monitor quality of calls and ensure proper follow-up with potential customers.
  • Guide team members in handling customer queries and objections.

3. Customer Engagement

  • Introduce company projects to prospective clients via telephone.
  •  Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
  • Build trust and maintain professional communication with clients.

 

4. Appointment & Site Visit Coordination

  • Schedule office meetings and site visits for interested customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and CRM team for smooth site visit arrangements.
  • Track customer progress from initial inquiry to deal closure.

5. Sales Coordination

  • Work closely with the Sales teams and coordinate with back office team to support deal conversion.

6. Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly calling reports.
  •  Monitor lead status in CRM or calling database.
  • Submit performance reports to the management.

Qualifications & Skills


  •  Educational Qualification

 Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

 

  • Experience

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in tele-sales or telemarketing.

 Experience in real estate sales will be preferred.

 Experience in handling or leading tele-sales teams will be an advantage.
