Telecaller Job DescriptionJob Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive Department: Sales / Customer Support Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers over the phone. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Explain products/services and answer customer questions
• Generate leads and schedule appointments or site visits (if sales-related)
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when required
• Follow company scripts and communication guidelines
• Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language preferred)
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (freshers welcome)
