Position: Telecaller

Vacancies: 8 to 10

Location: Aqua city Road, Near Surya mandir,

Ashopur, Khagaul Danapur, Patna-801503

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in tele calling or customer interaction

Language Requirement: Hindi speaking is mandatory. (Basic English understanding preferred.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services in Hindi.
• Generate leads, maintain call logs, and follow up regularly.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information courteously.
• Prepare daily call reports and maintain customer databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel or CRM tools).
• Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.

Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
