Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller / Educational Counselor who can guide students about higher education courses and convert inquiries into admissions. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince students and parents.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesCalling Leads

• Call students who have inquired about courses or scholarships.
• Explain available courses, colleges, and admission process.

1. Student Counseling

• Guide students about career options after 10th / 12th / Graduation.
• Help students choose the right course based on their interest.

1. Admission Conversion

• Convince students to visit the office or apply for admission.
• Follow up regularly with interested students.

1. Data Management

• Maintain student data in Excel or CRM.

1. Office Visit Handling

• Counsel students who visit the office.
• Explain scholarship programs and admission benefits.

1. Follow-up Calls

• Call students who missed the call or showed interest earlier.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
