Key Responsibilities (काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ)

1) Inbound Calling (आने वाले कॉल)

स्टूडेंट्स/पेरेंट्स की queries handle करना (fees, syllabus, demo, batches, timings, app usage, etc.)

स्टूडेंट की class, board, goal और level समझकर सही course suggest करना

Objections handle करना (price, trust, time, doubts)

2) Outbound Calling (कॉल करना)

Leads को call करना (Interested students / old leads / missed calls / campaigns)

Follow-up calls करना और lead को conversion तक ले जाना

Demo class / counselling slot schedule करना

3) Counselling & Guidance

स्टूडेंट को बताना कि कौन सा batch/plan उनके लिए best रहेगा

Course structure, benefits, validity, tests, PDFs, live+recorded, support process समझाना

4) CRM / Reporting

Call details और lead status CRM/Sheet में update करना

Daily call report: calls done, connected, follow-ups, conversions

5) Coordination

Payment/tech/support टीम से coordinate करके student issues resolve कराना

Smooth onboarding सुनिश्चित करना (app install, login, course access)

Eligibility / Requirements (योग्यता)

12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

Hindi communication strong (Basic English advantage)

Telecalling / Sales / Counselling experience (Freshers भी चलेंगे अगर communication अच्छा हो)

Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel/Google sheet, CRM)

Skills (जरूरी स्किल्स)

Confident & polite communication

Convincing ability + student-friendly counselling

Patience (students ज्यादा सवाल करेंगे)

Follow-up discipline

Target-oriented mindset

Performance Metrics (KPI)

Daily calls & connected calls

Conversion / enrollments

Follow-up completion rate

Lead response time

Student satisfaction / complaint ratio
